NUTRITIONAL PROPERTIES

White and green asparagus are of the same family as garlic and onion, they also share with them some positive health properties (thanks to the diuretic effect it is an aid against gout, calculosis kidney, rheumatism and edema). In particular, it plays an active role in the decrease of cases of eczema.

The chemical composition of asparagus is asparagine, one of the amino acids present in abundance, which serves for protein synthesis, rich in rutin which serves to strengthen the walls of capillaries, folic acid, is present in abundance.

Manganese and vitamin A have a beneficial effect on the ligaments, kidneys and skin, phosphorus and vitamin B allow to counteract asthenia.

The artichoke
Natural and herbal medicine use artichokes in the treatment of functional disorders of the gallbladder, liver, dyslipidaemia, non-inflammatory dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome. It is used for its bitter taste for nausea and vomiting, intoxication, constipation and flatulence. Its purifying properties means that it is used for dermatitis linked to arthritis and rheumatism.
