Porcini mushroom salad

a goodness in every bite

RECIPE INDREDIENTS

(single serving size)

porcini mushrooms
1 handful of toasted walnuts
Parmesan cheese flakes
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
juice of half a lemon
salt and black pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Celebrate fall flavors with a delicious and surprising salad!

 

Prepare an emulsion for the dressing by mixing oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, a pinch of salt and pepper. Alternatively, you can with a light vinaigrette made with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh herbs.

 

In a bowl, season chopped porcini mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let them marinate for at least 15 to 20 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

 

To add an extra touch, add parmesan cheese shavings and toasted walnuts.

 

Our porcini mushroom salad is ready to be served!
