Vegetarian pizza with mushrooms and artichokes

a goodness in every bite

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

(servings for: 4 people)

For the base:
300 g 00 flour

120 g soft butter
1 pinch salt
2 eggs

For the filling:
300 g artichokes,

chopped parsley
evo oil to taste.
100 g cooked ham
100 g mozzarella
2 eggs
150 g cooking cream
a pinch of salt

PREPARATION

A classic and flavorful recipe for making mushroom and artichoke pizza, perfect for those who love natural flavors.

Dough
Dissolve yeast and sugar in some of the warm water.

In a large bowl put the flour, pour in the water with the yeast, then the remaining water and start kneading. Add the salt and finally the oil. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover and let rise for 2-3 hours (or 8-12 hours in the refrigerator for a slow rise).

Prepare the dressing
Saute the vegetables in a pan with a little oil and a clove of garlic for 5-6 minutes, lightly salting.

Spread the dough on lightly greased baking sheets or flour the paddle if using a stone.
Spread tomato puree seasoned with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt.
Add diced mozzarella, then scatter mushrooms and artichokes.

Baking
Bake in a well-heated oven at 220-250°C for 10-12 minutes (best on refractory stone if available). Remove from oven and add a drizzle of raw oil and, if you like, chopped parsley or a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.

To your liking you can also add ham and olives
